Pasturize and AcreArchive Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement explains what information Pasturize and AcreArchive collect, how it is used, and how drone imagery and rendered maps are handled.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, mailing or billing address, farm or operation name, preferences, verification status, and acceptance records for legal terms.
- Farm and archive records: livestock profiles, weights, treatments, movements, breeding/calving records, feed inventory and usage, field/fence records, uploaded map projects, reports, and notes entered or uploaded by users.
- Documents, source images, and media: uploaded files, drone source images, photos, receipts, scale tickets, audio/video working-session recordings, transcripts, review notes, processing results, file metadata, and recovery/audit information needed to operate the service.
- Rendered maps: orthomosaics, tiles, PMTiles, GeoTIFFs, previews, metadata, bounds, and related map outputs created or stored by AcreArchive or Pasturize from user uploads.
- Technical data: session cookies, device/browser information, IP address, logs, support details, timestamps, and usage events needed for security, support, debugging, and reliability.
How we use information
- To create accounts, verify email addresses, operate the website, store records, process uploads, show reports, and provide user-requested features.
- To process drone source images into rendered maps, store completed rendered maps, and make completed maps available to the uploader for viewing and download.
- To send account, verification, password reset, security, support, and important product messages.
- To troubleshoot bugs, protect the service, prevent abuse, keep audit trails, test product changes, and improve the product.
- To run optional or user-requested processing through service providers such as email delivery, hosting/storage, payment processors when enabled, and assistant, transcription, document-processing, imagery-processing, or map-storage systems.
Source images and rendered maps
- Users retain full rights to the individual source images they upload.
- AcreArchive uses source images only as needed to upload, store temporarily, process, troubleshoot, secure, and complete map rendering and related support.
- AcreArchive will not store individual source imagery as an archive copy once the map is successfully processed. Processing copies of source images will be deleted within 90 days after upload or successful processing, subject to backup, security, abuse-prevention, legal, and operational limits.
- Rendered maps are handled under the Terms of Service. In exchange for map processing and storage, AcreArchive owns the rendered maps created by the service and grants users a permanent, free license to use their rendered maps.
- The uploader will be able to download the completed rendered map at any time once rendered, subject to account access, reasonable technical limits, security controls, and service availability.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell user farm records, customer lists, livestock data, uploaded source images, uploaded documents, or recordings. We share information only as needed to operate Pasturize and AcreArchive, comply with law, protect users or the service, process and store maps, or with the user's direction.
Product improvement data
Users may receive new features and website changes as Pasturize and AcreArchive evolve. Feedback, support requests, support details, and usage signals may be used to improve reliability and product design.
Retention and deletion
We keep account records, farm records, rendered map records, audit records, and support records while the account is active or as needed for backups, security, legal, audit, and operational purposes. Users can request help correcting, exporting, or deleting account data, subject to backup, audit, legal, rendered-map license, security, and operational limits.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, access controls, and password hashing, but no website or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Users should protect their login credentials and avoid uploading information they are not authorized to store.
Children and regulated data
Pasturize and AcreArchive are intended for farm and business use, not for children. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload business, farm, animal, financial, personal, and imagery information.
Changes
We may update this statement as Pasturize and AcreArchive evolve. Material changes may require users to accept updated terms or privacy language.
